I AM 47 YEAR OLD MAN LIVING IN NEVADA I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR HELP TO FIX MY HERNIA FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS, NOW I HAVE APPLIED FOR HELP WITH EVERY ONE IN MY STATE OF NEVADA AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT THEY TELL ME EVERY TIME I APPLY,( IF ITS NOT GOING TO KILL YOU (THAN THE STATE OF NEVADA WILL NOT HELP YOU!) SO NOW I HAVE TWO HERNIAS (ONE ON EACH SIDE OF MY GROINE) AND TO TOP THAT OFF I ALSO HAVE AN INTERNAL HEMORRHIOD THAT BLOCKS MY BOWLE MOVEMENT AND MAKES ME BLEED ALOT ALSO ONE OF MY HERNIAS RUBS ON MY BLADDER AND ANY TIME I DRINK ANYTHING IT COMES OUT IN JUST SECONDS, BUT NOW TO URINATE I HAVE TO PUSH THE HERNIA ON MY RIGHT SIDE INTO MY BODY OR ON THE PAIN SCALE IT RATES ON A SCAL OF 1,000% THAY ALSO PRODUCE PAIN IN MY TESTICAELS WITH A STOMACHE ALL THE TIME SO IF ANY ONE HAS AN IDES OR CAN TELL ME HOW TO GET THESE THINGS FIXED WITH NO MONEY BECAUSE I LOST MY COOKING JOB LAST (OCT)WHEN I COULD NOT STAND AT MY STATION TO DO MY JOB IHAVE ALSO LOST MY HOME AND I AM LIVING WITH MY SON NOW AFTER BEING ON THE STREETS . NOW MY SON IS HAVING PROBLEMS PAYING HIS BILLS . PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN BECAUSE MY 12 YR OLD WILL NOT HAVE A CHRISTMAS BECAUSE I AM USELESS AT THIS TIME INMY LIFE. As soon as eligibility has been determined and to the extent necessary, the Rehabilitation Counselor conducts an Assessment of Vocational Rehabilitation Needs (AVRN) to determine, as appropriate in each case, the nature and scope of needed services.The assessment and subsequent IPE must address the participant’s barrier to employment and identify methods for removing or diminishing the barriers
